Hi, I’m rose finn
Some experiences change you in ways that no training can fully prepare you for. For me that moment came in 2020, during the first lockdown, when I lost my only son Josiah at just two days old.
That loss brought me into a deeper understanding of what it truly means to be supported, not just in theory but in lived experience. I know firsthand how grief and trauma can ripple through every part of us, our mind, our body, our sense of who we are.
While my work is not solely focused on grief, I hold a particular sensitivity to those navigating loss, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions that can feel difficult to put into words.
I’m a fully qualified and certified hypnotherapist, specialising in emotional wellbeing, resilience and meaningful personal change. My approach is grounded in both science and compassion, it’s calm, intuitive and always at your pace.
Before this work I spent over 25 years in the hospitality and tourism sector in senior leadership and sales roles, one of the most people focused and fast paced environments there is. It taught me how to work under pressure, lead teams, build resilience, and above all, it taught me about people. These skills sit at the heart of what I do.
You deserve support that truly meets you where you are. When you are ready, I would be honoured to work with you.
