Appointments can be booked online through Calendly. By booking, you agree to provide

accurate information and attend sessions on time.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Revolut. No card details are stored

by The Wayfinder Within.

5. Eligibility for Services

Hypnotherapy may not be suitable for everyone. The therapist reserves the right to

decline or discontinue services if they are not appropriate for the client’s wellbeing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

 Provide accurate and honest information

 Attend sessions in a fit and safe condition

 Follow agreed therapeutic guidelines

7. Therapist Responsibilities

The therapist agrees to:

 Provide services with professionalism and care

 Maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and ethical standards

 Inform clients if a service is not suitable for their needs
